Traditionally a part of Mexican culture, today piñatas are used as a popular, fun activity all over the world. After filling them with candy or little treats, they are strung from a rope and partygoers (who are usually blindfolded) swing at the piñata with a stick. When the piñata breaks, the contents are scattered on the ground and everyone is trying to collect as many treats as possible! This piñata comes in the shape of a pinapple, making it perfect for birthdays or themed summer parties. It is adorned with lots of shiny gold foil.
