Connect the dots and paint a picture on your balloon!  The designs of cute underwater animals (dolphin, seal, starfish, narwhal) are revealed while painting on the ballons. This DIY set consists of: 

• 4 latex balloons with different colours (turquoise, orange, blue, white) and designs
• 1 black pen
• 4 paper sticks with cups that function as a balloon holder

The products are packaged in a carton box with euro hole.
